ABOUT ME

I just recently graduated from college and now am now in the beginning stages of figuring out what to do. I love life and am almost always optimistic and positive. I love being outdoors and active, especially water skiing, and I love all bodies of water! I'm always listening to music and I love npr. Recently I discovered my passion for psychology so I'm hoping to further my education to pursue a career in counseling or therapy.

PHILOSOPHY

You've only got one life to live...so make the most of it. I try to live every moment to the fullest and just be happy. I also believe that people should help each other. I don't know what I want to do yet...but I want to make some kind of difference.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couchsurfed when I was abroad and it was such a great way to see new places and meet new people. I think Couch Surfing is a great way to build community and connections. In this crazy world I think its so awesome that this site can bring people together into a community that transcends country borders. At this point, I can not host surfers as I am in limbo and not living anywhere permanently, but as soon as I have a permanent residence I plan to reciprocate everyone's generosity.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all of these. I watch tons of movies...I am into classics right now (Alfred Hitchcock, Bonnie & Clyde, etc). I love all types of music...classic rock in particular (I am a Beatles fanatic). In terms of books...I don't have as much time to read during the year as much as I'd like, but I love historical fiction and books on the brain.
