I am a 30 year old seasoned traveler who has explored all over the world, but now I'm back in the USA trying to explore as much of my own country as possible.

I am an athletic, down to earth, conversation driven teacher who likes to run, watch the NFL, play music, and in general, drink coffee/beer everyday. I like green spaces and social events. I like to meet new people and hear their stories. I like seeing how other people grew up.

I'm a curious person and Couch Surfing seems like a great place to meet you and your community!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm interested in culture, storytelling, and in general, how other people grew up and what their lives are like. I believe that living alongside another person, even for a day, leads to more tolerance and acceptance--something our planet needs more of.

Staying with different people and experiencing how they live only gives me more empathy for the many different ways it's possible for one to live, and it inspires my gratitude and appreciation for how unique everyone is.

Couch Surfing is an excellent initiative to create better global citizens everywhere.

Interests

Find me with a good book and a good run and it will be a good day. If the sun was out AND I did those two things then it was a GREAT day. If all three of those things include nice conversation then it was a PERFECT day.

Teach--I like to teach language, other school subjects, and in general, travel tips for those thinking of pursuing things abroad.

I like learning about nature and how it works/functions. I like learning about construction.
