About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get to know the world from the inside out

ABOUT ME

Been travelling ever since my mother took me to New York and not stopped since.
In 2011, I graduated as a part time student and decided to quite my boring job to start a wicked and well deserved adventure!!! It was now or never. So I packed my bags and travelled the States then headed to the East side of the world. It was a tough decision and before leaving was wondering if it was the right choice. You know what.... it was the BEST thing I have EVER done!!!
Now, as of 2012, after returning from my RTW trip I have decided that England is not the place for me and I have decided to migrate to Perth, Australia. Fingers crossed I can settle there for either a medium to long term basis. Lol ;-)

PHILOSOPHY

Live life respecting others - life is too short not to get on with each other.

Fear is temporary, regret is permanent!

Give 100% to live 100%

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I’ve done some hostelling but although brilliant, you do not get to know the people of the country you’re visiting which is all important. Then I discovered Couchsurfing! It’s utterly AMAZING! When I travelled the States all I did was CS, it was the best thing ever. I met some amazing, interesting, different people/friends. Ever since then I have recommended CS to everyone I know.

Interests

Apart from travelling (especially with my whacky mum) I’m interested in exploring countries, cities but not just the tourist things… all the other bits and bobs people don’t know about!!
‘Random’ things are my thing!! I always seem to get lost but most of the time it turns out better than the original plan lol
I’m quite spontaneous and always planning and doing things. I cannot stay still for too long haha.
Love to dance, listen to music, and watch movies and all that stuff ;-)
Interested in any sports and recently done my Advanced Open Water course. Love it :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most amazing trips have to be -New York (what a city!), New Zealand (The Tongariro Crossing, that was insane) and Thailand (same same but different! Lol)
Most amazing thing was skydiving over Lake Taupo in New Zealand! The video is FUNNNNYYY!
The CRAZIEST thing has to be celebrating NYE 2011 in Sydney. As we camped outside the Botanical gardens from 2am to get the BEST spot for the NYE celebration and to see the amazing fireworks. We stayed up for 48 hours!!!
Another amazing thing would also have to be my very first real backpacking experience in the States. Incredible and an unforgettable experience!

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Cambodia, China, Czech Republic, Egypt, Iceland, Laos, Malaysia, Morocco, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Italy, United Kingdom
