I am a yoga instructor and massage therapist and I own a small yoga studio in town. I'm extremely devoted to helping people bring more joy to their lives and cultivate more inner peace. I mainly like to go on adventures in my own town and state, but occasionally I go farther... and when I do, I aim to be a traveler. This is why I would rather surf than stay in any hotel. I want to be a part of the culture of the place I am visiting. Conversely, I am probably a better guide to Kalamazoo than any website about Kalamazoo. So I am delighted to share what I know about my own city with interested fellow travelers.

Conscious Dance Music, Kirtan Music. I don't really watch movies!! That says a lot about me. I'm reading 'The Artist's Way' currently. I love it. Ususally, I read books about yoga to keep me sharp.
