I study Comparative Literature, love spending time reading, in libraries, or practicing different languages. I am currently working on Nahuatl, and am open to suggestions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined the CS project after hearing about a friend's amazing trips through Europe. I have not had the chance yet to surf (or any requests to be a host), but hope to do both in the future.
While traveling, I usually stay in hostels or with friends. While I was studying in Buenos Aires in 2009, I lived with a woman named Estela, and this experience was by far the best of all my various lodgings. I hope to have similar experiences by joining Couch Surfers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago, I hiked with a friend from Cusco to Aguas Calientes, and then we walked up Machu Picchu together. No train, no bus, just a 6-hour hike followed by a 2-hour climb--worth the view at the end!
