Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To uplift others. I'm an upcoming transformational author, I'm a Certified Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, and an independent distributor of Nature's Sunshine Products.
ABOUT ME
My friends would describe me as tenacious, reliable, bold, and responsible. A person who is genuine, authentic, loves to explore possibilities in turning stepping stones into medicine of any kind, authentic, humanitarian, creative natured, youthful & active with a love of life, and one who beats to her own drum towards bringing out her greatest potential in behalf of making a difference in the lives of others regardless of any circumstance, as well as having an appreciation for sincere intellectual conversations with others. I live a proactive healthy life-style. I'm calm, some-what shy and I like to balance my energy with time to myself as well as to engage with others, and I enjoy simplicity of life & nature. I'm philosophical and an aspiring writer.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is an Ever-Changing Journey.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books I've read that reflect my philosophic taste and soulful nature; "Biology of Belief," By Dr. Bruce Lipton, "You Can Heal Your Life," by Louise Hay. There's lots of other books, too many to list.
Music I enjoy; A mixture, Classical, Jazz, Soul, pop, instrumental music, sound therapy, relaxing & inspiring, string, Native American, & world music.
Films; The Lion King, What the bleep do we know, Mountains Beyond Mountains (also in book form),
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Being liberated in having completed my first AA degree after having been away from school for many years, plus having been in special education programs in formative schooling, having over come adversities and gaining confidence.
Having a complete transformation of my body & mind after having experienced natural approaches to healing, over coming conditions that use to leave me feeling trapped in a rigid body.
For some viewers, these examples may not seem to be much, but for me personally, they have been inner growth milestones that isn't easy for others to achieve in their lifetime.
Teach, Learn, Share
Those who beat to their own drum, living for their real passions in life, those who have become an example for others in healthy ways to finding and creating balance with all of life. I could teach an effective stress release technique, & some brain gym type of exercise.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I could add value in offering some energy processes, which can be very nurturing.
