ABOUT ME
I guess I always blindly assumed I had much to offer, if not in industry knowledge, than in wit, charm, a manly beauty, and a little joie de vivre. When I'm not busy working on my startup, you can find me hosting in West Town, checking out new restaurants, challenging my friends to eating competitions, reading, and writing (short stories, funny memoirs, or my phone number on a cocktail napkin).
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy and make the absolute most with what I have here. All it takes is a small window of opportunity to allow one to turn mediocrity into a moment of pure genius.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
October 2012 - My best friend, Pat, had been in the Peace Corps working in Moldova for a few months. I knew he wouldn't be home until August 2014 (at the earliest), so I got a small group of friends together to surprise him with a visit for New Years Eve. Rather than head to Moldova, we decided to meet Pat halfway. We spent NYE together in Paris. It was one of the greatest trips of my life.
January 2013 - As I arrived to O'Hare Airport (returning from France), my friend and boss Tony scooped me up and drove me home. He told me to do laundry and pack again, because we were about to start a road trip down to Miami to catch a college football game. Straight from the airport to a city 20 hours away? Not as grueling as you might think.
