To enjoy my cycle trip and see as much of the world as possible.

ABOUT ME

Last July (2011) I chucked in my job, rented my house and set off on a 'round the world' bike trip...I don't have a set route or end date. I guess when my money runs out, I'll head home. (Probably!)
I do a bit of expedition leading to bring in extra money, so that's as close as I currently get to doing 'work'.
I'm fairly laid back, love to read and have a wide array of interests. I'm about to cycle from Melbourne to Sydney, before flying to NZ. I have to be in La Paz (Bolivia) in July, but that's as far as my planning goes.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I return home, I will host, but for the moment, I'm looking for a few people along the way to stay with. I have my tent with me, so will be camping too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with Christo, in Cape Town the other summer, which was great. He was lovely - a top host. Finally, I've joined up!
Enjoyed a wonderful few days in Mt Eliza with Todd - thank you!

I cycled from Pakistan (over the KKH) to Kazakhstan with a friend last Sept - Dec (then from Istanbul down to Athens.) That was fairly epic!
