ABOUT ME

What can I say, I've become a fan of travelling and getting to know new people...I was not so adventurous before but it has gradually been changing so now I just want to live, get experience and such!!!! wohooo :D. I might be a bit shy in the beginning but can open up pretty fast if the people I meet are open themselves.I live in Stockholm (Sweden), a nice place to be, although a bit cold and dark on wintertime. However when the snow manages to engulf the environment, it is very beautiful and in summer it is awesome since there is practically no darkness at all! :D

Mostly I like to explore nature but well, party now and then is a nice contrast and well, I do like salsa but dance in general is fun

PHILOSOPHY

Hmm...until recently I haven't really known why I have lived my life but I'm starting to get some perspective now...I live my life to experience things, whether they might feel good or bad at the moment, they are all valuable experiences that makes you evolve as a person. I want to evolve and thus I will try to get experience in as much as I can! Take a chance! Confront your fears and keep moving forward!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN

Well, I'm a beginner here but I have now hosted 2 people and it was a really nice experience! Had the opportunity to try to couchsurf during my latest trip to latinoamerica and the people were so open and wonderful and I feel it's a good way to know and help fellow travelers!

Interests

I like nature, music (I like almost everything depending on the mood but specially salsa, reggaeton,classical, raggae and recently I'm completely into the artist Muse!!!), piano, travelling, meeting people, watching movies, dancing salsa...a little bit of this and a little bit of that :D

photography, specially of nature, but just for fun so I would like to learn more about photography in general.

Music, Movies, and Books

I know, I'm a bit boring saying I'm open to most things but what can I say, different genres or authors give you differente perspectives and as long as I read or watch something stimulating, I'm ok. Although I have a difficulty putting here favorite books or movies etc., I can put some that I have read/listened/watched that I didn't dislikeBooks: 1984, Washington Square, Papillon, The Millenium Trilogy, Jack and Jill,Wheel of Time series (a loooong time ago though)Movies: Lord of the Rings, Le Fabuleux Destin D'Amelie Poulain, Private Parts (the story about Howard Stern), The Ring, Garden State, Memento, Se7en, Avatar, Interview with the Vampire, Boondock Saints, Princess Mononoke, Music: Muse, Reggaeton of different kinds, Salsa (Buenavista Social Club, Joe Arroyo is recently an artist of salsa I like), Classical...and much more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I cannot write only one! :P

Adventuring the tropical forest of Borneo and its wonderful diving sites. Also my experience in the Amazonas in Colombia working with the dolphins and other animals is something I'll never forget!

And of course, hiking in the Alps was an amazing experience, memory of a lifetime!

Recently, I did a trip in latinoamerica for almost a year and it was just amazing! The places, the people...loved it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some spanish, swedish, some salsa and probably some more stuff that...I can't come up with more now :D. I'd like to learn more about life itself, more about what the world can offer and about the value of risking things and gaining experience...I want to learn about everything (do I sound crazy? I hope not...:P)!!!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am rather friendly, very adaptable and get well with basically most people. I will help with whatever I can help and I like to hear people's stories!
