I'm a freelance advertiser and graphic designer, though sometimes I'm still in school. My side gig is independent radio production. I've worked for a fantastic company that throws music festivals on cruises.

I love every animal, am a mediocre baker, and will gladly try any food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling alone! I love meeting new people! And I'm poor!
I can't think of a better combo of reasons to couch surf.

I tend to road trip around the country by myself a good bit. Sleeping in my car is fine, though on this last trip a man was trying to break into my car and fight me (?) so I'd like to feel a little safer on my travels.

My recent genre of interest in independent/alternative R&B, though my inner teen still loves Best Coast. I'll flip from Patsy Cline to Frank Ocean with no qualms.

Napoleon Dynamite is a cinematographic wonder and should be labeled a National Treasure. I love soft, pretty cinematography, sad movies, and queer movies (often they overlap)

I'll read anything you stick in front of me. Trashy teen werewolf fiction? Check. A factual book describing the minutia of peasants' lives in 16th century England? Sign me up.

I road tripped out to Los Angeles from Louisiana by myself on a bit of a whim. It was one of my more life changing experiences!
