ABOUT ME

I'm a sunny girl and open minded. I love people because I believe we can always learn something from others. I describe myself as a really easygoing person who is really easy getting along with. I am fascinating by challenges, if I want to do something I always try, I think that if you even don't try you have already lost.
Apart from trips :) I like to spend time on research, in order to learn always something new at present I am on a Master in Translation and I never stop to do translations by myself, looking for new words, making my own glossary divided by fields. Oh words, I do love words!
I love to meet people I often been told that I am a "people person" well there's nothing more true than this definition. I hardly say no to a coffee or a simple meeting with someone even if I don't know the person well because in most of the cases is an experience, a person has made his own experience and has for sure something to tell, to share and I love that part to learn from someone and to share my knowledge with someone. So if you are not too fussy I am sure we can get along pretty easily!!! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had the luck to be hosted twice thanks to Couchsurfing, I was in Scotland and in Norway, I met really awesome people and in both case I was so grateful to Couchsurfing to let me the chance to meet them. The people who hosted me at the beginning where just host now they are my friends. I want to continue on this way because is a lot of fun and yes economic too!

Interessen

I love Arts, especially baroque Arts, painters from Quattrocento and Impressionism. I also love Fashion, I think is kind of art, you create something to change the world and to make it this place way more beautiful.
I am interested in History, History of Egypt and Ancient History is what fascinated me the most, I have been to Paris many times but each time I can still wonder and it is like it's my first time, I believe everyone should visit Paris at least once in his life.
I have a genuine passion for Cinema, I love to go to the Cinema as many time as I can and I am not a big fan of what a regular person like, Comedy, Romance it's NOT my stuff I like movies real ones, the ones who actually talk about something and they are not just kidding or telling a beautiful love story which will never happen in real life...
I also enjoy to make some Sport, I like running, doing exercise, I used to play volleyball for many years and had to stop for problem due to my knee.
Reading is another activity that I truly enjoy Literature is my favorite gender.
And of course (as a good Italian must/should do) I love Cooking!
My best experiment ever in the kitchen is pizza (no, not the Pizza Hut or whatever similar) I mean homemade pizzas with fresh tomatoes, or Tomatoes sauce and Mozzarella. :) I will let my host taste it!
I am also happy to prepare Risotto and other truly Italian Recipes (I cannot say each of them in here, you will not have anything else to discover then)

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My favorite Music? Is everything I love music in general from Coldplay to Pink Floid, Depeche Mode, Charles Trenet, Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour, l'Opera as well so really everything...
Movies? Well this is a difficult question I am not sure if I can stop myself when I talk about this subject. I'll be sweet and short I love Cinema with a capital C so we are talking about Godard,Truffaut, Bertolucci, Fellini, Leone, Allen, Tarantino...
Books. I love Literature in general especially French Literature Hugo, Balzac, Zola, Maupassant, Valery, Rousseau, Sartre... English Literature is not bad too but if I have to choose between those two well French Literature will definitely win! I like Dickinson, Wilde, Shakespeare and a lots of Poetry especially Romanticism one. Neruda makes me tremble when he speaks about love he's such a passionate and the way he describes his love is just awesome!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I've been in Morocco once and I think one amazing thing I've done is (apart to drive camels) discover unknown places and during my walking I found a waterfall which was hiding under a tones and tones of rocks... It was breathtaking!

I can teach whatever may interest you as cooking for example.
I mention already that I love to learn from others so please don't be shy to share your knowledge/experience with me I will make a proud teacher out of you!
I can share my vitality, my smile and everything we find funny for the both of us!
