ABOUT ME
Hello! It's hard to describe myself but I would like to say that I'm a pretty friendly and fun person with a go with the flow attitude who's just wanting to get the most out of every experience and of life. I always try and see the glass half-full and use the motto YOLO. Just kidding. But I do try and take advantage of the opportunities that are given to me. Well, I just turned 24 and I am a nurse but just consider that my profession, not necessarily who I am. To me, I am an outdoor-enthusiast, traveler, adventurer and still figuring out the rest. I value my friendships and family dearly and always love meeting new people and making new friends. Sorry, this is not super detailed but if you have any questions please ask!
PHILOSOPHY
Peace, love, and happiness.
Interests
I love anything related to the outdoors - backpacking, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, biking, running. And I hope to soon add surfing to the list! I also love traveling, I have had the fortunate opportunity to visit a lot of places with my family but there's a lot of other places left to explore. I love movies and chocolate. Combined is even better. I should read more than I actually do, but I do enjoy it when a book grabs my attention. One of my passions is photography. I do it as a hobby, and I love being able to see the world from different angles. I love all the seasons, especially snow. I love snow sports as well - skiing and snowboarding, and I would love to learn how to alpine climb. I love trying new things and there is still plenty of things out there for me to learn!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing that I've had the opportunity to do is live in Brussels Belgium for six years. I lived there from when I was 8-14 years old and went to an international school. I was able to learn French and was very lucky to travel the world with my family. Brussels is an amazing and a very culturally diverse place; plus I think Brussels can be blamed for my chocolate addiction. I will always cherish the friendships and memories I gained over there and hope to one day visit or even possibly live there again.
Another awesome moment that I've experienced was able to seakayak the Everglades for 10 days. With the outdoor program at my college, me, my friend and 6 other students drove down to Florida and kayaked island to island. We packed our gear, clothing and food in our kayaks and camped on the islands. We even spent New Years on one of the islands, and attended an island New Years Eve party accompanied with fireworks! There is a myth about a creature that lives in the Everglades called the Skunk Ape. This creature supposedly looks a lot like Big Foot and roams the islands. We looked for this creature but to no avail, it still remains a mystery. Nonetheless, it was so much fun and a great trip.
