我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Being a non-intrusive person, I was a little bit resistance to become a CS member, until I realize that I was already acting like a CS member since I host and I was hosted by a lot of my friends (or friends of my friends). Beyond that, I live in a picturesque area of Piemont (Italy): Langhe (UNESCO site) and I like to share with others the beauty of this place. I also like to travel a lot, to visit new places and meet new people.
Being more specific, why I'm on Couchsurfing NOW? Because I'm about to start a bicycle trip from Piemont to Romania, visiting Slovenia, Austria, Slovakia, Croatia and Hungary. I'll have a tent with me and my intention is to sleep in the wild nature wherever will be possible but from time to time will be nice to stop in inhabited areas to meet new people and learn about their culture and history.
