To see anything and everything. I do community work around housing and education resources for underserved youth. I've recently moved back to my hometown in Los Angeles after spending nearly a decade living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area

ABOUT ME

Twenty-secen and loves to travel. I read and write, play volleyball, and enjoy getting to know different people. I graduated in 2015 with English major. I've worked my way through college with an assortment of jobs, a lot of them in the restaurant business. In addition to my fulltime gig, I am a writer, who has had work published as both non-fiction and fiction. I'm currently working on a novel, as most writers are ;)

My first time coachsurfing was on a solo trip to Belgium in 2017 and I had the best experience and am excited to do it again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is a neat way to get to make friends all over the world! I enjoy staying at hotels and hostels, but a trip doesn't feel really complete without meeting locals and sharing stories with each other.

Interests

I love to read. I have a book blog over at: http://endlesslyshifting.wordpress.com/ which I update semi-regularly.

I also enjoy hiking. I went on a four day hiking vacation last Spring in Northern California and backpacked for three weeks through Bavaria this year.

Good beer and good gin are always welcomed!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movies are the Godfather and Good Will Hunting. I love all action movies, Die Hard being my favorite.

I'm an avid television show watcher and I enjoy Netflix original shows. Currently, I'm rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Some other shows I've seen lately: Gilmore Girls, Jessica Jones, Daredevil, Kimmy Schmit, The Americans.

Reading is one of my favorite things in the world. I love contemporary and classic lit, but right now I'm on a sci-fi and fantasy binge.

I enjoy going to live music shows. Some of the best ones I have seen have been: Bon Iver, The Shins, The Black Keys, Alabama Shakes. I would love to see Joanna Newsom Live

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending three weeks backpacking through Bavaria is definitely a highlight. Hiking through the black forrest was amazing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook a lot of Mexican dishes, would love to make you some pozole or birria!
