About Me
Hello! 👋 I'm Cristian, a dreamer, traveler, and lover of music and movies. I live with my wonderful husband, John Fredy, and together we enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people. We have a zest for life that we love to share with others, especially through cooking. There's nothing quite like the joy of seeing someone smile after tasting a delicious dish, and we take great pride in sharing the rich and diverse flavors of our home country, Colombia. From hearty arepas to flavorful sancocho, we love to bring a piece of Colombia to every table.
One of our favorite activities is salsa dancing. There's something incredibly freeing about moving to the rhythm of Latin beats, and we love teaching our guests a few moves or hitting the dance floor together. Music is a big part of our lives, and our home is always filled with the sounds of salsa, merengue, bachata, and more.
When I'm not dancing or cooking, you can usually find me diving into the latest technology trends. By day, I'm a bit of a geek, working with computer networks, internet security, marketing, and servers. I find the world of tech fascinating and am always excited to learn something new or tackle a challenging project. Feel free to ask me anything about these topics! I'm always eager to learn and share knowledge.
Movies are another passion of mine. Whether it's a classic from Scorsese or a quirky film by Burton, I love immersing myself in different worlds and stories. I believe movies have a unique way of connecting people and sparking meaningful conversations.
Beyond all these interests, what truly drives me is connecting with people. I love engaging in deep, meaningful conversations about life, culture, and everything in between. Whether we're discussing the latest tech innovation, the nuances of Colombian cuisine, or sharing travel stories, I cherish the connections I make through these interactions.
In summary, I'm a friendly, open-minded person who loves to learn, share, and connect. I look forward to meeting new friends on Couchsurfing and creating unforgettable memories together. 🌟
