Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: Radiohead above all else, but I'm fairly open minded about lots of classics. From the top of my head: Chemical Brothers, Metallica, Queens of the Stone Age, NWA and by-products, Yann Tiersenn, Rodriguez, Arcade Fire, Franz Ferdinand…

Movies: Contact & Double Indemnity are my current favorites ever. I love Kubrick, Billy Wilder, Alex de la Iglesia, Paul Verhoeven. Superhero movies are a bit of a guilty pleasure. I love watching all kinds of new releases, from big-budget to indie to international art-house. I highly respect Welles, Fritz Lang and the Maltese Falcon.

Books: Saramago, Camus, Dostoyevsky, Hesse's Steppenwolf, thought I read it a long time ago. I'm slowly diving into philosophy and Marcel Proust. Books on science and philosophy of science are cool too.

I love showing what I know, and finding out what people think.

I am fascinated by finance and global markets! There's evil in there no doubt, but there's also mind-blowing things going on all the time. Strategies, pressure, decisions, discoveries and, above all, human behavior. I have thinking about writing a "finance-procedural" TV pilot for a while.
