how do I describe myself? Interested in people. I feel the urge to get to know every person I look at. Something simple like taking the subway to work can be special to me, all those people I share the subway with, all of them have a different story, all of them have thoughts and memories and feelings, and yet all of them look lost and get scared when I look at them. I am so small in this world and there is so much more to find than my known surroundings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

it's pure. It's about people, meeting friends, spreading love, sharing my culture with yours. I got sick of the standard trip to a city with my friends, where you just walk around, see the city, but don't feel connected at all. You see the people there, you see the whole city in a few days, leave, get back home, and what is there to say? "Yea it was cool" . But what did I learn, what did I gain from that experience? I didnt feel connected to that city, I didnt feel connected to the locals, it was just another superficial trip to a city just so I can say " I was there ".

Couchsurfing for me means true connection and friendship between people who have a similar interests. You let people in your home or visit other people in their home to share. Share experiences, show them where you like to drink your coffee, show them your favourite places that most tourists dont see, share your experiences that you had in this city.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read, but I dont do it enough. I like novels. Doesnt matter what its about, I just like the feeling of entering a new world that you picture in your head and losing track of reality for a few moments/hours. As long as a book makes me feel happy or makes me think about different things in life, that book was worth it.

Who doesnt like movies? Doesnt matter that I actively watch them often. Mostly when I go to the cinema, but thats expensive as hell. I like movies, but I like books more. A book gives you freedom to picture your characters and surroundings. It all happens in your head.

Music? thats too complicated to write here. I love music and I love all sorts of genres and artists. But thats something I can best explain in person, or simply show you.
