ABOUT ME

We are a young couple, moved from Romania to Denmark to study and are now employed. I (Cristian) work in a start-up company as a web designer and Maria is a consultant for an e-sourcing platform company.

We've been together for quite a long time, so almost all our travel experience was together.

We love to travel, see new places and meet new people, so don't be afraid to drop a line and we'll be happy to arrange a meeting. We enjoy getting in conversations about almost everything and we're eazy-going, playful and mindful about others.

We believe that we're still on the journey to discover ourselves, become better human beings and help make the world a better place.

PHILOSOPHY

We'd like to see and learn more about the world around us. We like to discuss and philosophise about important matters to human kind. We've seen that the world can be a better place and we want to contribute to that. We are constantly learning new things about ourselves and we try to apply that knowledge in order to make our lives better and other people's as well.

We also like to learn to relax more and enjoy the unique and simple moments in life.

We don't like fakeness and dishonesty, and we believe that leads to rotten relationships and only creates problems in the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We believe that when people are open-minded and honest about themselves, the community gets stronger. We'd also like to share our knowledge and experience with fellow travellers who are open-minded like us.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Unfortunatelly none yet, but we are eager to break the ice this summer (2014) by finding a host in Zurich, so wish us luck (or help us find a couch) :)

Interests

- Learning about interesting facts, science and human cultures from documentaries.

- Enjoying delightful moments in life, such as eating a delicious meal or dessert together, seeing a movie, contemplating nature and sunny days, being with friends and having honest fun at parties

- Cristian is a web designer, likes to learn new things about design, visual arts and also explore new technology and ideas that could make the world a better place

- Maria likes to watch documentaries, bake cakes, ride her bicycle and go for a run with other people
