Overview
About Me
I'm a Chilean Ph.D. student, living in Porto (Portugal) for a year, renting a room (reason why i'm not reciving guests). In Chile, I live in Valparaíso and I travel in the weekends to Santiago, where my family lives.
I'm near a vegetarian (I eat fish and I ate a francesinha (had to, with a gun in my head) in Porto). I'm a dog person, but I like all animals.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm in couch surfing because I like to travel, met new places, new people and cool stories. But above all of that, I'm in couchsurfing because I like to travel and I don't have enough money. Basically.
:B
Interests
I'm interested in science. I like to read things like "we now can print organs from stem cells!" or "here's a bottle that fills itsefl from water in the air" and stuf like that. It's cool. I practice surf (just started, not good at it), kick boxing and capoeira. I know nothing about futbol.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like music in general; mostly rock, progressive metal (Tool's my favorite band), soul, jazz, blues and classical music (mostly when i'm studing). I like salsa an stuff like that but to sort-of-dancing it (yeah, not a good dancer here, but I try). I don't like reggeaton and stuf like it, but I dance it any way (when drunk)
I like le petit prince (the book, the old movie and the new one, but not that much). I like animation movies, pixar and things like that, action movies and funny ones, but not scary movie-like.
I like to read novels and sci-fi mostly. PKD, George R.R. Martin, Roberto Bolaño, Francisco Varela (science), Terry Pratchet, Neil Gaiman (and others) rules.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I twice jumped from a 100 meter high bridge (swing Jumping) and went down on a 50 meter waterfall (canyoing) in Ecuador. Not incredible, but was awesome to me.
one incredible thing I did once was grow wings and fly from Valparaíso to Chiloé to see someone I care about. But in the middle of the flight, I woke up (ha, bad joke). I once gave my new, just-bought shoes to a shoeless dude in the metro, in Porto.
What I Can Share with Hosts
