About Me
Hi,
This is Crisa from Romania, nice to meet you!
In May I left my job in Bucharest and I travelled for 6 months across South America. I have already been to Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Cuba and I loved it!
I am very positive, friendly, open-minded and hugely oriented towards a responsible, healthy lifestyle and sports.
Lately I became more and more conscious about the world, our planet and the way we interact with it and with the animals. I am now trying to live a more responsible life and to bring my contribution to the world.
I am vegan since many years and I will very likely spoil you (if the free time will also be on our side) with nice vegan meals - so tasty and good looking that you'll maybe consider going veggie yourself :))
PHYLOSOPHY
Keep your head clear, your heart open and your feet dancing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like making new friends, discovering new cultures, hearing interesting life stories and getting inspired by them, always learning from other people. When I travel, at most I find it very helpful to get advice from local people, so that I can avoid highly touristic places as much as possible and discover places with local flavor, which means a lot to me and my experience. I also love hosting people when I am home, I love learning about their travels, If I am free from work I like showing them around the city and cooking vegan meals.

I enjoy Latin and overall positive music.
My favorite movies are Interstellar, Love Me If You Dare and La Vita E Bella.
I also watched various health and vegan-oriented documentaries (I highly recommend What The Health and Cowspiracy).
I happily read classic and contemporary novels but also psychology and self-help books. My favourite books of 2018: Sapiens and Homo Deus.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
At 22 I went to the USA with a work&travel program, earned what was then a load of cash and spent it all traveling on the West Coast.
At 24 I started my career with a one-year internship in Malaysia (through AIESEC).
I worked as a teaching volunteer for underprivileged children.
During my full-time job I opened a detox and smoothies small business in Bucharest.
Recently I left my promising career to travel around the world.
