Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When my roommate and I were traveling the world together we fell in love with CS and the people who participate! I’ve hosted a few people before the pandemic and this summer my boyfriend Luca and I are returning to North America and would love to meet some more lovely people through CS!!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like Kate Tempest, Margarete Stokowski, Sally Rooney and many more. Also I’ve read a couple of dystopian novels that I really liked but I read whatever my friends recommend (my four friends and I have a book club where everyone reads the same book and we get together to talk about it over dinner). So if you have recommendations let me know, I’ll have to make a suggestion again eventually…
What I Can Share with Hosts
We love to talk about anything that might come up, because there are very many things we want to learn about. In return I might know some things about art (techniques, theories and some history..) language (some linguistics and literature but I mostly think about phrases and translations and similarities between the languages I speak), the culture of our country, and random bits in between. Luca is a carpenter and is about to start his studies in architecture so there’s a lot to talk and do together with him as well of course :) And we can share some stories from our travels our life in Cologne. We’re definitely not the greatest cooks in the world but we love to do it anyways especially if we’re not eating alone and it’s always been fun to introduce people to the dishes we use to cook at home.
