About Me
Hi!
My name is Cristina, I'm 21 and I live in Madeira Island (a beatiful portuguese island somewhere at the middle of the atlantic ocean). Actually I was born in switzerland but almost all my life was lived on Portugal (the weather is better!).
I'm a very enthusiastic person and always trying to see the bright side of a bad (or less good) situation. Some friends complain that I'm really stubborn sometimes but I like to think that they're good liars :)
I really appreciate the freedom sensation and the nomad lifestyle.
Long-term commitments are sooo boring for me! From this passion I've learnt to get adapted very easily to new situations.
I'm graduated on Advertising and Marketing, so if you meet me, and if you have a business, you may get some free advices :)
LIFE MOTTO
I'm a very open minded girl and I do hate xenophobia and racism. Maybe 'cause I find everything that's new fastinating... new people, new food, new religion, new culture, new races, new reasons for laughting! And maybe 'cause I do not understand why people's choices and ways of being bothers others so much.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've bee travelling around Europe for a few months! I did some volunteering work but on free time I loved to make coushes my bed, some cultures a bit of mine and share the same reasons for laughts! :)
Besides visiting cities I've been in France, Poland, Hungary and Croatia doing some work exchange, so maybe your city will be the next stop!
Interests
I do not travel a lot but I just love the sensation of freendom that I have when I do it! Guess it's one of the feeling that's just... irreplaceable. I do really like to laugh, so if I can combine these two, I'm a happy person then :)
I also like:
» Parties! (can't image a world without them)
» Animals in general
»Trying new food (that doesn't include anything like fries cockroaches :D)
»Learning new languages
»Cafe (this one is precious for me)
»Making friends (especially if it's unexpected)
» Recalling good experiences and laughting about them (yes, I'm that kind of people that you see on the road, laughting alone when he/she remembered something)

Music, Movies, and Books
WARNING: I do NOT read too many books (but still trying to change that habit)!
:)
I love horror, thriller and comedy movies (the good ones! not the ones that you're there waiting for the moment to either get sacared or laugh and it never happen).
Almost all kinds of music are good for me to hear (I'm not a really fan of heavy metal or classical music but don't worry, I'll not start running way if I start listening to one of those kinds of music).
