ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Cristina and I love travel. Probably this is how I would introduce myself if it was to participate in a travel addict group :D
I am a cultural anthropologist who passionately love to meet people and find about their culture.
About 6 years ago I married a New Zealand musician with whom I enjoy this life to the full. I am absolutely crazy about embroidering and mountaineering, although I don't have as much time as I would like to do them more often.
Usually I travel with my husband, Greg (shortened from Macgregor) and many times I travel for different academic conferences, but I take this opportunity to explore around.
As I move my location quite often, please feel free to check it and I will be more than happy to host no matter where I will go.
PHILOSOPHY
To give is to receive.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love the idea of giving something for free and that of a community that somehow resist the general profit-oriented society.
Interests
I am interested in researching cultures in order to preserve and understand the social mechanisms and also in documentary movie making.
