About Me

CURRENT MISSION

good food, good company, good life

ABOUT ME

Puh, this is hard. Dunno. Maybe like this: Open-minded, straight-forward, handiman, good friend, always willing to help, easy, hard-working, curious.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm mainly german, so I can't help sticking to deadlines but I do my best in adapting to my environment. Sat in classrooms long enough now, want to go on studying the life. Want to make my own experiences, getting to know people, make a living but still enjoy my time. I like the idea of living on a self-sustainable basis. Eat what I grow, catch, made with my own two hands.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just about to leave Fremantle so not much left I can offer here. But once I'm back in Germany, let me know and I'll see if I can help out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not a lot yet, but I'm hoping on getting some. I think it's a brilliant idea. Spent a night with a great kiwi family near Napier, NZ in 2011. They saved me from sleeping in the car on a camping ground and took me to their cozy place. Had a great BBQ and night with new friends. Thanks guys, will never forget.
On this trip, during our first days in Australia, we got to know Shuai, who helped us out with his guest room. Was a good start into a new country. Thanks man!

Music, Movies, and Books

Love movies, love music, love books. Anything really. Absolutely anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's the little things in life that count. The people. Spent a few months in NZ in 2011 and 12. Spend 13/14 in Australia and I'm getting married this year. I consider that, all the things I've done and seen there and the people I got to know as extremely amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a trained electrician, so I consider myself being pretty handy. I'm also good with computers, programming. Finished a very general degree, ending up as an engineer. Hope that will be useful at some point. Very happy to share my knowledge, been working as a teacher/tutor before.
