CURRENT MISSION
Visiting Dresden and heading to the german part of the baltic sea
ABOUT ME
My name is Markus and I moved to a small village near Langenau (Germany) a few weeks ago. Due to my job I am always on tour. I am not able to host somebody, because I am now a Dad and our newborn baby needs lot of time, attention and I think there is no quietness to sleep for a visitor. But I am able to give you some information about the Ulm-Area and if you want we can hang around and have a beer and chat.
Originally I am from the Rheinhessen-Area in Rhineland-Palatinate, a small village near Mainz.
I am a fun guy, not complicated and reliable. Some say i am way to communicative...well, i am not shy. ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I made my first experiences 2010 in Ireland. Two Persons hosted us. We slept 3 nights at a couch/spare bed. It was really fun and interesting. And now I really want to do this again.
Interests
I am interested in music (Alternative), arts, sports (Rock Climbing, Fencing, Scuba Diving), automobiles and travelling. I love good wine and the matching food. I am also interested in movies and theatre. And the scandinavian/irish culture.

Music... i am into alternative music. Hard Stuff starting with Korn, Metallica or Killswitch Engage to smooth music like Coldplay or Eva Cassidy. And Rage against the machine, the early Limp Bizkit, Metallica, Beastie Boys or Offspring, The Killers, Mando Diao etc. And I love the irish fiddle and irish classics (dubliners etc.)
Movies... too much. I am such a movie freak... its way to much. But: Memento, Requiem for a dream, Tarantino-Movies, Reservoir Dogs, War-Movies or Comedies...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
