I’m from Zhangjiajie—the original inspiration for the Hallelujah Mountains in Avatar. For years, I’ve helped backpackers explore our peaks. Most of my photos here are from the trekking guides I wrote, but since I'm away from home, I’ve taken them down for now.

Starting from April 26th, I will start my long Car trip. I’ve hosted travelers in Dali and Xishuangbanna before. I have homes in different cities in Yunnan/sichuan, but I’ll move around a lot during my journey, so I’m open to travel companions who want to ride

I will stay in Xishuangbanna for a few days first 26.4 ~30.4. Then I’ll travel north across Yunnan, to western Sichuan, Xinjiang, and finally Inner Mongolia. I love ancient buildings and beautiful nature, which will be the main focus of my trip.

I like ancient Chinese architecture and history. I can share detailed cultural knowledge. I also love nature visiting quiet, beautiful forests and mountains.My car has full camping gear and kitchen things. It also has plenty of power for camping and exploring mountains. I can share electricity with you. Sometimes I camp in beautiful wild places. When accommodation is cheap, I book homestays. As a premium member of Chinese rental apps, I can get nice two-bedroom apartments at low prices and share them with travelers.
