My main interests in life include yoga, Harry Potter, and puns. I'm a social media producer for a digital marketing publication and currently getting my masters in International Affairs. I like to write some things, read other things, and adventure most of all.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of travelling the world and seeing both the touristy sites, but also the "real" areas in which I'm visiting--you're only going to do that by meeting the people who live there. I've hosted some wonderful folks, but haven't surfed yet!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2007 I was able to visit the Galapagos Islands and meet the late Lonesome George. In 2009 I lived in Kenya for a few months. In 2013 was able to spend a couple months in India and, while living there, I became partner in an NGO that pairs sponsors with children from the slums to provide education they may never otherwise receive.
These were all awesome times in my life.
