ABOUT ME

I just got married this summer and I'm looking forward to Fall and Winter in Seattle.

I used to be a carpenter before going back to college. Then I moved to the Marshall Islands to work for 2 years and returned to go to grad school at the University of Washington. I'm now working at a community college helping students follow their interests through working on cool projects around sustainability.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I met a priest on a train in Italy and he helped me get to stay with free room and board in a church with my girlfriend 9 blocks from the Vatican. We ate fresh fish, drank wine with a cardinal and a bunch of priests and got keys to the ancient 14' tall wooden front door of the church to come and go as we pleased--even though I'm not religious....
