I enjoy traveling and exploring new places and ideas. I am a writer, social justice, and environmental activist. I love books, and I dabble in arts and crafts.

I believe that we learn something from the people we encounter. We should try to be positive about all aspects of life and send good intentions to the universe, which will be returned.

I have couch surfed across the US and in various countries worldwide. I've made some amazing people.

I like exploring, hiking, backpacking, and trying new things. I enjoy photography, writing, reading, art, and filmmaking. I've recently started baking and love conversing with people and learning new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love art, music, most music, and books. I have so many favorite books to list them all. I will say that, on principle, I don't reread books except for "We Are Water" by Wally Lamb. I read it annually and love it. I'm an avid reader, but I also love the feel of books themselves.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I thru-hiked the Florida Trail in 2023 and became the first known Black person to complete the hike.

I want to share my experiences; hopefully, others can learn from them. I want to connect and learn more about others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my knowledge of backpacking, writing, and passion for adventure and travel. I can also share some Cajun recipes.
