ABOUT ME

After spending 2.5 years in a City I didn't enjoy, I uprooted myself and committed to traveling for a year. I am at the beginning of this journey, and am so excited about everything that's to come. I am curious, inquisitive and open-minded, and love meeting new people.

Life is long: not everything must be accomplished today.

I am new to CS. Am currently traveling, but once I am back in an apartment, I hope to host as well. Am looking forward to meeting others who participate in this amazing community.

Film is my passion, but I love most of the arts, particularly theater and dance. There are few things I enjoy more than walking and exploring. I am deeply committed to environmental issues as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't think any of my experiences are overwhelmingly amazing from an objective perspective. They are amazing to me for the memories I hold and the connections I made in having them. But if pressed to choose one, the most amazing thing I've seen would be the countless films that have inspired me to see the world for myself and elect to live a life less ordinary.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a passionate cinephile and can talk about movies--both the business and the art--for hours. I am also an avid student of history and the more I travel, the more I absorb and understand about the world around me. There are few things I love as much as connecting with locals and learning about their city/country through their perspective. I believe genuine, in depth cultural exchange can make the world a better place.
