Based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Eastern India, Sibabrata has over two decades of experience in the rural development and public policy space working on issues related to land rights, poverty alleviation, women’s empowerment and climate change. During his career he has worked on projects of agencies like UNICEF, CARE, OXFAM and LANDESA.
Currently he serves as a Director at Aveti Learning, a social-enterprise start-up that develops e-learning content and solutions for under-served communities with an outreach to thousands of students in villages and urban slums. He is also pursuing his PhD in Development Studies from Utkal University, Odisha
