These bios are so hard to fill out! I am currently a student, studying abroad, and am new to couch surfing. Really want to meet new people, and see new places (from the experts!!). I am a lover of design, art, music, movies and food! I am currently new to Rotterdam, and only here until September, but would really love to meet some cool people! So send me a message!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently, I am only able to meet people and not host anyone! But when I return to Canada, I hope to have a spare couch for anyone Edmonton bound.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed on a couple couches, mainly friends of friends. I had an amazing time, and really learnt how important it is to know someone from the city you are in. I saw things I would have never seen as a solo traveler!

Interests

I am studying industrial design, and loving every minute of it. I could list off all of my interests, but I don't think there is enough room! But really love design. And everything related. Also the kind of person who will try *nearly everything* at least once. "Don't knock it till you try it!"

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies.. but... I have been known to fall asleep during 50% of the movies I watch. Love a lot of different music, going to live shows.. My current favourite bands include Supertramp (mom's influence), Arcade Fire (canadian influence), M83 (saw them live in June and really blew my mind).

Teach, Learn, Share

So I guess I write about special skills I have here? Hmm.. pretty good with the Creative Suite (if anyone is needing some help). Mainly Illustrator, Indesign, photoshop. I am very hands on, and love designing, and creating things. Also.. I used to be a guitar hero champion.
