ABOUT ME

I'm curious. Always learning about something and looking for others to share my new discoveries with. I love to see new places, but most exciting is meeting new people and learning about their experiences, thoughts and aspirations. I am most at home when I am out exploring a new corner of the world or returning to a beautiful memory. Oh, and what would this experience be without delicious new foods to discover? I enjoy cooking and sharing meals with all who enjoy the same. Life is great, and I don't want to miss what this big world has to offer!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couch surfing experience was quite by accident-- taken in by the warm hospitality of a Moroccan family! It was life changing, and I wondered why our society didn't extend ourselves to travelers in a like manner? I figured it was due to FEAR, and promised that I would be more like this wonderful family that found me in a strange, foreign land. It wasn't until years later that I was told about the CS project by a friend, and then I knew I had found the global community that I had been looking for.
