ABOUT ME

I grew up in northern Germany on a farm in a small village close to Bremen and Hannover. After school I lived and studied in Ulm, in southern Germany (physics, economics and a bit of philosophy). In 2005 I lived in Spain for nine month (ERASMUS:) and for my thesis I moved to Freiburg. Since then I live and work in that beautiful city. My job is a lot about technical physical stuff but also about managing the projects in this field (origination of micro-/nanostructures). I love my job, at most because of the terrific people I'm working with.

I love to travel and to meet friends and also meet new people. In 2011 I travelled central and north america. I always tried to get to know some lokals, because I love to see how life is for them, what culture exists at this place on earth.

Algo increíble que he hecho

In Guatemala I met a guy from Mexico. We knew just one day, but he invited me to come to Mexico to visit him and his familiy on the weekend of the birthdayparty of his sister. It was the 15th birthday which means a really big party with all relatives friends and neighbours. I enjoyd that so much because I could really participate in mexican culture and see how people live and party over there. That was an amazing night.
