ABOUT ME

Goofy American trying to see some of the world. Travel is the greatest passion of my life and my time abroad has being the highlight of my time on this Earth.

PHILOSOPHY

Living by the golden rule of treating others as you would have them treat you. As cheesy as it sounds, I believe very firmly in the power of love in all its many forms and that tends to shape my moral outlook on life and political issues as I am not religious (blame all the Theology courses in college). Also, try as many new things as you can because you only get to stay in this world once!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, just looking for people to help me around Europe but I plan to try and share my couch and guide services as soon as I get settled down in Chicago this fall.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Spent January 09 surfing couches stateside. Had a great time and even got to see Obama's inauguration!

Interests

I love the arts, primarily cinema, literature and music. I watch, read and listen whenever I can. Travel obviously has it's place here but let's not get too repetitive... I also just love meeting folks and above all, trying new and weird foods. There's nothing I won't eat at least once! Also into photography and cooking (although I need plenty of practice in both).
