ABOUT ME

wise Africa: you didn't inherit your grandparents'land, you're only borrowing your sons'.
10 years of non-stop travelling around, then settled on a small tropical island, teaching, travelling in eastern Africa and the indian ocean, meeting people and cultures.
on a South east asian tour from September 2009 and april 2010 ....incredible place, discovering so much and meeting a lot of amazing people thanks to CS.
back in Europe right now but not for long!

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've always welcome travellers,given lifts to people, or food or information.I've stayed in many different homes over the past 20 years and it feels natural to do what I can now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hosted by CCS member in Kenya and had a wonderful CCS Xmas party in Beijing in 2007!
I hosted a few people in my house, helped them get to know the island and introduced them to all my friends.
I have just been hosted by Elma in KL and have attended a wonferful CS party with the KL group.I found a nice bunch of welcoming couchsurfuers in Borneo too! thank you all!
