HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Tons of hosting and meetings/events back in Argentina. Surfing all around for a few years! I had more couchsurfing experiences outside couchsurfing than actual CS contacts. The concept is so good that just talking about it makes people more receptive to open their homes. A world with more couchs and surfers is a better world. I can now offer one.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had really nice people surfing my place in Buenos Aires and also joined several couchsurfing meetings/events. My first couch ever was a boat in Amsterdam, unfreakingbelievable. I stayed for about 2 months! I made friends while surfing in Belgium too, in Ghent and Brugge. Then Den Bosch, then Barcelona, then...well, sooo much!!! Couchsurfing was responsible for a lot of the beautiful things that happened to me while travelling.

Interests

Music, meeting new people, learning new things and cultures, deep conversations, new languages! reading, writing (keeping a journal and planning to write an adventurous book), crazy dancing, cooking, sharing wine and singing until the next day, movies, nature, water, yoga

Music, Movies, and Books

Pink floyd, Sixto Rodriguez, Hendrix, Pearl Jam, RHCP, Spinetta, Willy Crook and the Funky Torinos, funk, soul, jazz, bossa nova, flamenco, reggae, ska and it's pointless to keep going, just good music = )
Recently also some electronic dance music
All of Tarantino's movies, fight club, ciudad de dios, into the wild, matrix, Searching for Sugar Man (must see!)
books! the name of the wind, steppenwolf, lord of the rings, the unbearable lightness of being, the alchemist, the ninth revelation

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took a one way flight to europe with only my guitar and some saved money. Best decision of my life
hitch hiked from den haag, holland, to barcelona, spain: ended of in the middle of f"#$ing nowhere in France 2 times after being invited by people that I met on the road.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you guitar playing in a very general and free way, maybe some spanish (también te puedo enseñar inglés). I can share what's on my mind, from the silliest joke to the deepest of my thoughts. And I love learning pretty much everything! right now it comes to mind:
languages
instruments
breathing
yoga
gardening and growing food
proper fishing!
sailing
surfing
anything that ends with -boarding

What I Can Share with Hosts

A sincere smile
cooking
a bunch of songs
silly improv's
guitar lessons
and of course drinking "mate" (argentina's national drink)
