About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To graduate and travel for while before settling down.
ABOUT ME
I'm a Computer Science student at the University of Texas. I'm a conversationalist and love to engage those around me by asking questions.
I've lived in Austin for a while now. The thing I love about this city is that I'm always finding new areas I've never been to, each with their own restaurants and bars and culture. It's an incredible city with so much to offer in terms of music, food and entertainments. The night life is a blast and the people are friendly.
My dad's job required us to move around a lot when I was a kid, so I've seen a lot of the world as a result, but not all of it. I like seeing the popular places in the cities and towns I go to but also finding my "place", whether it be a bar or hidden public beer-garden.
PHILOSOPHY
Whatever happens, happens.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I believe the best way to experience a new place is with someone who lives there as opposed to navigating it on your own with map and guidebook. Residents know the nuances to their city and the best places to go. I'm all about hidden oddities and having new stories to tell. I feel like couchsurfing can bring me both.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I drank beer with the innkeeper of an inn on the side of a mountain in the Swiss Alps high above the city of Lucerne. Her name was Ava and she told me about her travels and introduced me to the mountain farmers who frequent her bar.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share an adventurous, spontaneous and outdoorsy attitude, but also a personality that appreciates small bars and exchanging stories over beers.
