Physical freedom is only limited by those concrete concepts we use to identify ourselves. We can feel in love with living, and the freedom we may know will provide us joy. Let us look to each new experience, whether bad or good, with enthusiasm and avidity.

A Capoeira roda at center camp at Burning Man in 2008 left me completely devoted to reaching a level in my practice which can make me feel I've expressed myself fully.
