While I borrow this from Ghandi, it expresses my own philosophy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a new couchsurfer. I have been a hosteller for years - and will continue to do so - but this is an exciting prospect for me.

Diving with sharks at the Great Barrier Reef off of Cairns , QLD, Australia. Awesome!

Teach, Learn, Share

For me the appeal of CS is the same as that of hosteling. I want to not only read about other cultures, I want to meet people and learn about their world, I want o hear real life stories and share some of my own.
