ABOUT ME

I live in Urbana, IL and I work as a vegan chef at a non-profit restaurant that works for social and environmental activism-I really love my job. In the off season for the restaurant, I work in the on season for farming, my other hobby and passion. Some friends and I run an organic flower farm/CSA-I also really love this job.
