Born and raised in NH. At age 14 i got my first dishwashing job and it was then i fell in love with the industry. 4 years later 3 days after i graduated highschool i moved out of my fathers and started working on Block Island at a couple kitchens and it was all over after that. I return for the summer but travel on the off season.
