About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Looking to test myself and explore the unknown while meeting new exciting people along the way.

ABOUT ME
I like to think of myself as an outgoing and social traveler that likes to do and see new things and isn't afraid to get lost along the way in hopes of finding something unexpected. I have been given this opportunity to make a long dream of mine come true and travel to all corners of the world with no restrictions besides my own will.

PHILOSOPHY

I prefer to take a more karma based belief in life and treat others the way I would like to be treated, with respect and fairness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience was when I visited Hawaii on vacation and decided to extend my holiday and was thankful to make a connection through a friend to stay on his couch for a week. It was a great adventure and it really reminded me that you never know how much fun you can have even in the company of strangers. Since then I've been fortunate to have amazing people allow me to stay while I was getting work sorted in Australia and get my bearings. As I have been traveling alone, Couchsurfing meetings and events became a pivotal part of meeting people to hang out and have fun with.

Interests

Growing up I was involved in many outdoor activities and my family was always very involved in Camping, Snow and Water sports and various other sporting events.

Some general interests of mine included:
Exploring local attractions, Street markets, Evening Campfires,

  • traveling
  • socializing
  • outdoor activities
  • camping
  • sports

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really not stuck to one style of music and find that it's easier to just put internet radio on, sit back and enjoy. If I had to select some favorites the list would be a mix of classic 80's hits with some hometown( Seattle Scene) Alternative rock, and then a good mix of some dance favorites and good house beats. Top 40's can be alright but I find that I get tired of the same songs if I don't mix it up.

Movies are something that I like to enjoy but have found that good TV series are more engaging and entertaining for me.

Top Picks: The Walking Dead, Sons Of Anarchy, Breaking Bad, Prison Break, Game of Thrones, Orange is the New Black, and Spartacus are a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Making the trip to Australia was the first of many traveling destinations that I expect to make in the future and is something that I have come to be proud of myself for doing. There are a few other great experiences in my past and that's something I enjoy sharing in person.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A fun interactive and friendly social interaction with no dramas and the expectation of sharing in an experience that we will both come away with more knowledge, connections and lasting memories for years to come.
