HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i've never really participated in this before

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i was trying to get in touch with a friend of mine who lives in albany so i could stay at his place while biking across beautiful new york state. i couldn't get in touch with him for days, so i checked out couch surfing. i sent out a ton of emails the night before i got to albany. on my way to albany i stopped off at a library with public internet, and found a bunch of replies. i was about to couchsurf at a guy named tj's place when my friend in albany got hold of me. i ended up staying with my friend, tom, instead of tj.

i'd definitely love to try couch surfing again, and this time not stand anyone up.
