ABOUT ME

I never order the same meal twice.

I read and write for pleasure daily.

I love speaking Spanish, reading Spanish-language literature, dancing salsa and merengue.

I went to culinary school, and will happily cook with any surfer who passes by.

PHILOSOPHY

I imagine the ideal world, and I try to live up to that standard.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Totally depends on the surfers. If you prefer to do everything on your own, we're happy to give you your space. If you want to go out with us, you're invited to join. Once, I stayed up until 1:30 AM reading Junot Díaz to three of our couch surfers. It all depends on your personality/mood.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My roommate Mike Yarbrough introduced me to couchsurfing when we starting hosting people in our apartment (you can find references for me on his profile). I've never gone surfing, but I hope to one day!

I once biked across the Brooklyn Bridge at 4AM on my way to wait for tickets to Shakespeare in the Park. The bridge was empty and dark, surrounded by the New York City lights.
