ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Laguna Beach, California, studied in San Diego for my Bachelor's Degree, and now living in Turkey teaching English and figuring out my path. Trying to meet new interesting, fun, intelligent people, who challenge me and expand my worldview. Hoping to discover what I should pursue in life, and have some fun in the process.

PHILOSOPHY

Embrace irony, it makes life interesting. I'm the girl that spends all day knee-deep in manure shoveling out horse corrals then rocking an cocktail dress with the best of pearls at a ritzy dinner party. Never follow the mold, and always, always, treat people with kindness and a smile. Bad people have a lot worse things coming to them than any attitude I could give, so why bother. The second you begin to think yourself better than others, you've begun your slide into mediocrity.

Interests

My dog. The beach. Anything outdoors- from scuba diving to hiking mountains, reading on a park bench to dirt-biking. Reading- everything from Dostoevsky to Harry Potter. The Beach. Bud Light and BBQ chicken. The Beach. Country music. Did I mention the beach?

Music, Movies, and Books

Literature- everything from Don Quixote to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, I have a very eclectic taste in books. Movies- war/battle movies (Gladiator, 300, etc.), and Wallace and Gromit. Music- country (seeing Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw live were two of the best moments of my life), Jack Johnson, OAR, DMB, classical.
