ABOUT ME

I'm into music and nature and interesting spaces and community and radical new ideas and laughter and adventure and happiness. I spent a full summer living in a tent on a mountain overlooking the mesas of northern New Mexico and would do it again in a heartbeat. I host a weekly experimental / electronic / hip-hop / turntablism / spoken word radio show on a local non-profit station (wrct.org). Also I'm getting a PhD in computer science + neurobiology for all the right reasons!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

trekked to a glacier+lake high in the mountains in Pakistan, partially involving Jeeps driving on slippery ledges with inches to spare. saw amazing starscapes at night so far from city lights!

I'll play you music you've never heard before, point you to the art galleries and museums, take you to the parks or even further outdoors and tell you about the brain or computer programming or my plan to save the world until you stop me because it makes no sense anymore (hey, it all makes sense in my head... usually)
