I'm a very curious person. I love exploring, traveling and especially playing in the woods. Staying in one place for too long frustrates me. I'm learning to slow down, simplify and focus on whats around me more

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I encourage all that will listen to me to consider couch surfing. Best scenario- they take my advice and learn/try something new. If anything, I hope to challenge others about making friends out of strangers, stretching yourself beyond your comfort one and living alternatively.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done some surfing on two roadtrips. It's been great so far! I love meeting new people and seeing places through local eyes instead of by prepackaged tourists traps.

兴趣

I am an aspiring woods-woman, as I love to go hiking, backpacking, and camping. Other hobbies include reading, swing dancing, eating ice cream, riding my bicycle, perusing thrift stores, and watching thunderstorms. I am a member of a German heritage club in my area, which provides a lot of entertainment and good beer.

I enjoy cooking, gardening, and preserving my own foods. I dream of one day owning a homestead in the wilderness, surrounded by mountains. However I love the vibrancy and diversity of city life. I tend to hop back and forth between the two.

Watch mostly documentaries :-)

Music: I love jazz and blues, ska, folk music...and a variety of other things thrown in between. Also I dig anything with a good beat because I love to dance!

Witnessed the Snake Dance ceremony on the Hopi Reservation. It was very special to be the first non- Hopi to see that ceremony in many years.

Bungee jumped off the Corinth Canal in Greece

I'd love to take you dumpster diving sometime. We can eat like kings.
Or if you aren't scared to dance I teach you swing and polka dance.

I'm learning the bass, but need a help practicing more ;-)
