IICD is a non-profit organization based in Williamstown MA who trains volunteers for Africa and Brazil

ABOUT ME

We are a group of international volunteers going to Africa for 6-12 months. We represent many countries from around the world and are currently attending training in Williamstown, MA to become Development Instructors in Angola, Zambia and Mozambique.
We are anywhere from 15 - 40 people here at all times from various countries throughout the world. There are different ways of staying here. In the summer you can bring a tent and camp outside if that is your wish - but there is always a couch somewhere or even a bed. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. We do not smoke inside the buildings and we have a no drugs/no alchohol policy. You are welcome to take part in the daily life here. We always have loads of projects going, repairing, fixing / building as we are training people to do volunteer workin Africa. We have blankets and sheets available.
