Hi there! My name is Cynthia and I am from the United States, but I am studying abroad in Bremen, Germany for the year! I am so excited to get out into the world and travel as much as I can. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a student studying abroad, I am looking for the cheapest ways possible to travel, and that really comes down to accommodation. I also love meeting new people, and staying with a host like you would give me the amazing opportunity to immerse myself in local culture and get insight into things that I wouldn't otherwise!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - The music I listen to is a mix of a lot of things. My favorites at the moment are Mumford & Sons, Head and the Heart, Lorde, and Hozier.

Movies - I can never really decide on a favorite movie as it is always changing. Mamma Mia with Amanda Seyfried is always a favorite though!

Books - All time favorite books are To Kill a Mockingbird and The Great Gatsby!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have hiked about 120 miles of the Appalachian trail in Maine and hope to finish the entire trail some day!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Although I cannot offer somewhere to stay in return, I always love to meet new people, especially if that means they will help me to immerse myself into a new culture! As a guest of yours, I will be open to almost anything - cooking a meal with you, eating out, getting a drink, or exploring somewhere new with you. I could never return the favor after being able to stay somewhere for free :)
